This Heart I keep it in a jar.
High on a shelf.
I stare at it's slow beating.
The gentle pulse it gives.
Waiting..
For someone to take it.
Fix it.
It was damaged pretty bad when I recieved it back the last time.
I fixed it finely.
But there's always something missing...

I look down at the gaping hole in my chest.
My fingers playing at the small streams of blood that trickle down my body.
"Oh why..."
I say quietly.
But I know, deep down.
Someone will come and claim it one day, right?
...Right..?
